							I called this morning at 8:00 and by 8:45 a technician arrived. My garage opener was dead and he had all the parts necessary for replacement. By 9:30 he had everything reprogrammed and it is woking perfectly. This is a very good company to work with. Friendly, fast and accurate.

							I called to have my old garage door checked out since we just moved in. The techs could have said that I needed to replace the old motor but they determined that a little lubrication and a crank on the spring to tighten up the action was all that was needed. I love it when technicians do the right thing and not "up sell" when it's not needed. Unlike the plumbers that I called who wanted to "up sell" me on everything.

If I need garage door work in the future. I will call Berry Garage Door first.
